Nordrive AS ("we", "us") operates a marketplace connecting buyers with private sellers and partner dealerships. By using nordrive.no, you agree to these terms.
You may register a Customer account for free. To list cars privately, you must upgrade to a Seller account by paying a one-time 300 NOK fee, granting 3 listing slots valid for 90 days each.
Partners (registered dealerships) operate under a separate agreement and pay a monthly subscription. Refer to your partner contract for specifics.
You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing you create. Misrepresenting a vehicle's condition, mileage, or ownership status is grounds for immediate removal.
Listing fees are non-refundable except where required by Norwegian consumer law. Payments are processed via Vipps and Stripe.
Nordrive is not party to any vehicle sale. Disputes between buyer and seller are between those parties. We help mediate where reasonable.
We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Sunnmøre tingrett.
